What information do we collect
In order to fulfil your order we will collect your personal details for delivery such as your Name, Email, Address, Telephone. This information is entered directly by you at the point of sale.
Should you opt to receive newsletters, offers and updates from us we will collect your Name and Email. This information is entered directly by you at the point of opting in.
In order to improve our user experience and to understand how people interact with our site we may collect website user stats through reputable platforms such as Google Analytics.
We do not share your personal information with any third parties.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are that we have a contractual obligation to fulfil your order and your consent as you provide that data voluntarily.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored. We keep your purchase record for 12months after the date of purchase or in the case of any newsletter or offers database, we will keep your email on that database until such time as you choose to opt out. We will then dispose your information.
